Sponsorship

The French crystallography community will be gathering in the heart of Montpellier from 2 to 5 July 2024 for the biennial congres of the Association Française de Cristallographie (AFC). We are delighted to give you the opportunity to meet the key players in French crystallography at the Palais des Congrès le Corum in the Antigone area, centrally located between the two conference rooms.
Approximately 15 sessions will be organised around the AFC's thematic groups - biology, chemistry, physics - and cross-disciplinary themes - crystal growth, teaching and outreach, large-scale instruments - as well as the Earth sciences and all the interfaces between these disciplines. Plenary lectures, workshops and poster sessions are also planned. The AFC congress will also be the occasion for the presentation of the second "André Guinier" prize, the thesis prizes and the AFC general meeting.

• Bronze sponsorship (500€)
  The bronze sponsorship includes the distribution of your logo on the AFC2024 website, the book of abstracts, the posters and flyers of the congress.
• Silver sponsorship (1500€)
  The silver sponsorship includes the distribution of your logo as for the bronze sponsorship and a stand (3m x 2m), congress registration for one person, and one gala dinner ticket.
• Gold sponsorship (2250€)
  The gold sponsorship includes the distribution of your logo and the stand as for the silver sponsorship but with a larger booth (4m x 2m). Congress registration for one person, and one gala dinner ticket.
• Diamond sponsorship (2750€)
  The diamond sponsorship is similar to the gold sponsorship but with the largest booth size: 4m x 3m and special mention during the gala dinner and one full page in the book of abstracts. 30 minutes presentation of the company and their products during a lunch break (3 possibilities): 500€.

• One-page advertisement in book of abstract: 300€
• One of the six coffee breaks: 300€. Your sponsorship will be announced every day
• Welcome party: 1250€. Your sponsorship of the welcome party will be announced during the opening session.
• Thesis prizes: 250€ (three possibilities). Your sponsorship will be announced during the prize ceremony.
• 30 minutes presentation of the company and their products during a lunch break (3 possibilities): 500€.
